Nadia C. Brigham, Ph.D.

Dr. Nadia Brigham is a leadership strategist, researcher, strategic facilitator, Newfield Network certified ontological coach, and Qualified Administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory, with more than 20 years of experience supporting individuals and organizations through meaningful change. As the co-founder of The Brigham Collective: Embrace Becoming, Brigham Consulting, Radiant & Rising, Accelerate Equity, and Brigham Wine Concierge, she brings together leadership development, racial equity, narrative change, and human-centered transformation to help people lead with greater awareness, intention, and authenticity.

Her coaching helps clients examine the beliefs, emotions, language, and embodied patterns shaping how they lead, relate, and make decisions. Through reflective inquiry and compassionate accountability, Nadia supports people in navigating transition, strengthening their agency, and practicing new ways of being aligned with their values, commitments and authentic (non-performative) selves.

Nadia holds a PhD, with research focused on the power of narratives, internalized anti-Blackness, and the cultural and relational practices that support healing, agency, and self-love. Her work reflects a deep belief in human possibility and in every person’s capacity to become more fully who they are called to be.

Shatawn Brigham, M.Ed., is the co-founder of The Brigham Collective, that includes Embrace Becoming, Brigham Consulting, Accelerate Equity, Radiant & Rising, & The Brigham Wine Concierge. Shatawn is a certified Coach Training Alliance coach, a Qualified Administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory, an experienced facilitator, and strategy and partnerships advisor with more than 20 years of experience in educational leadership, organizational development, and community-centered work. His coaching is grounded in deep listening, relational awareness, and a belief in each person’s capacity to grow, lead, and make intentional choices.

Drawing on his experience working with leaders, organizations, youth, families, and communities, Shatawn helps clients navigate complexity, strengthen relationships, clarify what matters, and align how they live and lead with who they are becoming. He creates thoughtful, affirming spaces where clients can examine familiar patterns, explore new possibilities, and take meaningful steps toward their goals with greater confidence and clarity.
