Nadia C. Brigham, Ph.D.
Dr. Nadia Brigham is a leadership strategist, researcher, strategic facilitator, and ontological coach with more than 20 years of experience supporting individuals and organizations through meaningful change. As the co-founder of Embrace Becoming, Brigham Consulting and Radiant & Rising, she brings together leadership development, racial equity, narrative change, and human-centered transformation to help people lead with greater awareness, intention, and authenticity.
Her coaching helps clients examine the beliefs, emotions, language, and embodied patterns shaping how they lead, relate, and make decisions. Through reflective inquiry and compassionate accountability, Nadia supports people in navigating transition, strengthening their agency, and practicing new ways of being aligned with their values, commitments and authentic (non-performative) selves.
Nadia holds a PhD, with research focused on the power of narratives, internalized anti-Blackness, and the cultural and relational practices that support healing, agency, and self-love. Her work reflects a deep belief in human possibility and in every person’s capacity to become more fully who they are called to be.
